Hello and welcome to the first official post from British fashion photographer Stevieroy.
Each week I’ll be posting work across all the genres I shoot, fashion photography, portrait photography, beauty photography, product photography, lifestyle shoots and celebrity shoots.
This weeks post is an overview of what to expect over the coming weeks and months, photography from photoshoots from client work, photography projects, tips, photo gear, tutorials and lighting diagrams from studio and location shoots.
These first visuals are an overview of client work for fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, fashion jewellery, studio photography and location photography. While studio based photography work gives you total control over your scenario it can still have limitations depending on what you’re shooting and selecting the right studio to fit to specific job, whereas location photo shoots can bring a whole load of different issues, especially when shooting in the United Kingdom, the weather is not our ally here most of the time, that said it opens up opportunities when it comes to Autumn/Winter themed shoots, the landscapes we have in the UK is perfect for this kind of work. We’re blessed with stunning countryside throughout Yorkshire, the Lake District an Scotland, lakes, mountains and wilderness help to create amazing results where the scenery is visible in the models/photo composition, I’ll be sharing some work within this area of fashion photography in a later post.
So for now I’ll leave you with what’s coming up over the next few weeks, a brand new jewellery client will be launched where I’ll be shooting two models over two days in my Leeds City Centre studio, and this weekend coming is a national magazine front cover featuring a very popular and well loved celebrity entertainer, both shoots will have some behind the scenes snippets as well as a sneak peak into cameras and lighting set ups!
All gearing up for 2024, thanks for reading and watch out for post number two.
